This system is easy to install. Just remove clean-out plug ,and screw it into ground level.It's that simple. This can be installed anywhere above a sewage line,with the use of a plumbers clean-out kit. most city building codes require a clean-out within a few feet of the building.I believe this to be the only hands free system, which eliminates ground water pollution,the purchase of plastic bags doggy septic tank chemicals,are no longer needed. Being made from schedule 40 PVC or better,this system should serve pet owners for many years. Comprised of two molded PVC parts with a carriage bolt and nut,and a spring that opens lid when stepped on.
