The mentioned phenanthroline compound is represented by the following. wherein Ar is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atom, alkyl, aryl, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are identical or different. R1, R2 and R3 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atom, alkyl, halide, wherein X1, X2 and X3 are identical or different. X1, X2 and X3 are independently selected from the atom or group consisting of O, S, N-R4 and R4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atom, alkyl, aryl.
