The invention relates to an improved panel comprising a weight resistant body made from polystyrene (EPS), into which are inserted at least two metal cores provided with internal grooving and securing means on the sides thereof for securing same to walls using structures, said body also including at least one longitudinal through-hole. In addition, a tongue-and-groove coupling system extends longitudinally along the sides of the body.
