[Category : - OTHER]
[Viewed 435 times]
Armour made from polyolifine Single Polymer Composite (SPC). A new material. High impact.
Advantages: Very low density: (0.85-0.95) vs Kevlar(1.45gm/cc). A range of products based on process parameters:(1) Basic Polymer type, (2) Making process parameters; three (3) Thickness (4) Surface texture. Selected parameters. Repeated production over ten years.
- For very high performance: It could be combined with Kevlar.
- Avoidance of trauma. If, it is (usually) low perception thread - these work very well.
-Cost basic materials, nearly 1/6 vs Kevlar or other competitive materials. "Samples ready for testing". Very different thickness possible: Huge range of related applications.
Very large application range: e,g., Body of cars, Packaging,
Different surface texture possible, there by, increases the product range. 'These are completely recyclable'. Patentable as of this day. Indian patent granted for the process for very different application.

Financial informationMuch cheaper, as input cost is low. Possibility of multiple products.
Looking for a licensing arrangement or simply a buyer. We will work together to develop the market - take the project and developed it to a multinational project making millions. Low cost: Project implementation.
World-wide demand of products & technology. Many manufacturers, may require this technology, as the old technology may not remain 'competitive'. There may wind fall of profits from such technology transfers. Indian patent granted for the process for very different application. Anybody supporting a technology transfer, get advantage for the efforts.
