The house is completly made out of wood, all can be produced with a Hundegger K2 joinery machine or something similar.

The inventor is an old german man who owned a big construction company, he developed the patent and im the one he gave the mission to sell it. He sadly is very sick at this point, he has all the documents and failed to sell it back in 2008 because he almost died for his health problems. He sadly never managed to recover from this and therefore he was never able to build it himself or sell it.
The inventor has over 35 years experience in construction work and is looking for an investor who is willing take his lifes work and use it for good, like he intented to. It could have saved alot of lifes, looking back at all the natures catastrophies that are recently happening. (Look at Dubai for example)
