User of this new system can save energy in agricultural irrigation (no pump needed). A hydroelectric station can be set up with modest investment money.
This system works in all water levels. If the water is shallow, user just needs to extend the suction pipeís length.
1. Purposes and advantages of the patent
- Economically and safely irrigation without the need of pump.
- Producing cheap electricity without dam and sluice gate. A station with 15 m water column, 1m3 flow rates, pipe size 35-40 cm, can produce 75 kW of electricity.
- Reduce the cost and time needed for building small hydroelectricity station. The hydropower plantís construction cost can be reduced about 25-45%.
- Draining water away from river during monsoon season. (No pump needed)
- Simple structure and material; easily manufactured and operated. It can be set up anywhere, in all kind of terrain.
2. Structure
- This patent can be applied in two systems:
a. Agricultural irrigation and flood prevention.
- The majority of material used in this system is ordinary water pipes (plastic, metal or rubber)
- An aspirator
- A special pipe connected to a two way valve
- Rubbish net at the water inlet
- A water discharging valve at the outlet
b. Small hydroelectric station
- The majority of material used in this system is ordinary water pipes. The pipe part which leads to turbine need to be able to withstand the water pressure.
- A special pipe connected to a two way valve
- A rubbish net at the water inlet
- A discharging valve at the outlet, behind the hydroelectric station.
3. Operation
a. Field irrigation and flood preventing system

- Position of the system into required place. Closes water discharging valve, opens two way valve; connection of aspirator.
- Starts aspirator, water rises from water source, fills up the pipe.
- Closes aspirator, opens discharging valve. Water flows out, forms a suction force at the inlet. After that water automatic flows and only stops when user wants.
b. Small hydroelectric station
- Position of turbine and generator into designed places.
- Connects pipe from water source to turbine (including the pipe part with two way valve).
- Closes of discharging valve (After the hydroelectric station).
- Opens of two way valve, starts aspirator until water fills the pipe system.
- Closes of aspirator, opens water discharging valve. Water flows out and forms a suction force at the inlet.
- Flowing water inside the pipe acts on turbine, generate electricity.

ESTMATED COST FOR A NEW HYDROPOWER STATION WITH CAPACITY OF 0.1 MW (100 KW) WITH H= 10 M, Q= 2M3S
The price listed bellow including both the construction and equipment costs. The construction price is different but the types of equipment have the same price of 50,000 USD. ( including turbines, generators and gear boxes).
