Simple device for measuring and marking materials for wall, floor, ceiling coverings. 5 tools in one - squar, linear measuring tool, level, angle indicator, calculator. The device can also be used to mark off foundations, game courts, and landscaping plans. Eliminates the need to take lots of measurements. Compensates for angles that are supposed to be square or even but are not. The device is patented but not licensed to anyone. I would like to share a percentage of any royalties with anyone who can license or market it.
