The device contains the floating body (1), the vertical rod (2) fastened to the floating body with the magnet (3) fixed inside the rod, the float (4) placed on the vertical rod with the possibility to reciprocate along the rod, the core (5) fastened to the float, the winding (6) provided around the cross section of the core.

The device can generate electric energy at low height waves. The number of materials for manufacture of the device has been reduced. The mobile floating body allows transporting the device by water. The device improves the reliability of the structure. The absence of rotating parts and lubricating materials predicts environmental attributes of the device.
