The technology of supersilent conversation and supersilent singing.

The title of my invention is «Unvoiced Speech Communication Device» (the official name of the invention is "Communication device using voiceless speech"). It is based on Russian patent №2260252.
This invention is unique. It can serve a double purpose. Beside a civil use it can also have military and special purpose. This is a commercial invention.
This invention can be used in various communication devices: in telephones of any type, radio stations, special communication devices and in other devices. This technology is very perspective for use in mobile connection and in mobile phones. New types of devices and devices of new purpose can be developed and be made on the basis of this invention.
When you are using such devices, people around you can’t hear the conversation or singing, and thus it provides privacy of your conversation while causing no trouble for the people around, which is convenient in public places. Another advantage is that it is impossible for others to hear your conversation or singing, and it also excludes the possibility of eavesdropping even with the help of electronic devices. My invention can also help people with voice problems, for example if a person has a sore throat or is taken hoarse, or vocal cord surgery. The device can give them a chance to speak full voice and even sing.
I used my invention to make a phone with an additional operating mode, additional function, namely, the function of a supersilent conversation and supersilent singing. I’d like to show this phone in my video. When I have included function of supersilent conversation and supersilent singing, all new opportunities which I informed you are provided.
It is expedient to make mobile phones with additional function of supersilent conversation and supersilent singing, i.e. "Silence" function. The most necessary and useful new opportunity of such mobile phones is a maintenance of silence when the person speaks or sings, when the silence is necessary.
Mobile phones should have three modes of supersilent conversation function. The first mode is a mode of long-distance conversation. The usual communication channel is used here. The second mode is the mode of short-distance conversation. It can use Bluetooth connection, for example. In this case conversation will cost absolutely nothing. This mode can be used when you speak to a person who is in the next room or in the same room with you. When, for example, you are both in Bluetooth area, and you don’t want other people to her your conversation or singing, or you don’t want to disturb somebody in the same room. It can be very convenient in public places, or when you want to exclude eavesdropping. And the third operating mode is a mode when you would like to record your speech or singing on your mobile’s voice recorder.
All three modes provide confidentiality of conversation and singing, do not disturb those around you, which is often necessary in public places. All three modes exclude the possibility of eavesdropping, even with the help of electronic devices. The invention can also help people with voice problems, people with a sore throat or a hoarse voice, or after vocal cord surgery. They will have a chance to speak full voice and even sing.

I sell licenses for use or the patent for my invention with which help the owner of the patent will supervise use of my invention in territory of Russia (import, storage, use, manufacturing, the offer to buy, sale and other which concern to use or to introduction in use of this invention). The owner of the patent will receive monetary indemnification for use of the invention in the field of national safety.
This invention will be used very widely. A lot of different production of different purpose in which the invention will be used, will be imported into Russia, to be on sale, used and made in Russia. Many different devices of communication of civil, military and special purpose in which the invention will be used, will be made, on sale, used, exported and imported (phones of different type, radio station, different intercoms, sets, microphones and other devices). Civil production will be imported, on sale, used, made and exported in very plenty. For example, it will be sold in Russia about 100000000 mobile phones with "Silent" function in which the invention will be used. "Silent" function is very useful in phones, therefore will buy only such phones which have such function. Manufacture of phones which have no such function, can forbid in general as their use disturbs surrounding people. New kinds of production will be developed and to be made, in which, for example, devices of supersilent conversation, devices of supersilent conversation and supersilent singing, the device of protection of conversation from interception, devices of the latent conversation (at their application not only it is inaudible, but also is invisible, that the person speaks), devices my invention will be applied to games and entertainments. According to experts the owner of the patent only from sales of licenses can receive the income billions dollars.
I have the official judgement on the minimal market cost of this patent which makes 1197810000 Russian roubles on July, 30 2013. It is equivalent to 36456799 US dollars on July, 30 2013. It is the underestimated cost of the patent in 50 times.
