COVER FOR SMART PHONES WITH EYE CUP
Cameras with high resolution in smartphones will gain in importance by the purchase decision and it is anticipated that in future smartphone cameras will replace compact cameras. It is a deficiency that cellphones have no optical/electronic viewfinder and on sunny days for the photographer it is hard to see the motiv.

State of technology

For cellphones there are apps which simulate an optical/electronic viewfinder overall the display.

This function is insufficient by bright light without an eye cup that prevents disturbing light.

Solution

The cover for cellphones with eyecup has on the side which protects the display a seperate recess which is framed by an eyecup. If the shot is hindered by disturbing light, the photographer has a good view without disturbing light by activating the viewfinder-app which is tailored to the size of the eye cup. For spectacle wearers the app is adjustable to the diopter strength required. The cover can also be used for cameras with app-capable software.
