Pollution free compressed air engine There has designed a very special type of gear / crank shaft which will transform the potential energy of the compressed air into final unidirectional mechanical energy with the arrangement of liner pistons by isothermal process. Pistons move in a linear motion and push the crankshaft to rotate, as a result this rotation turns into machinery speed .When this compressed air engine would be used with a special system in any vehicles or power supply system then its pistons would move by maintaining isothermal process. Due to this isothermal process, the engine absorbs much amount of ambient heat from the environment and this ambient heat , absorbed in the process air , would convert into a kinetic energy leading to increase the extra mileage of the compressed air engine . Many inventor have invented a compressed air engine in many countries.. The basic rules all of them are ,the compressed air is being heated and then this hotter compressed air is being pushed into the liner in adiabatic process .For this expansion is being drastically cool and is coming ice in inner portion of liner and it is a problem. As the expansion of compressed air is being at adiabatic process so energy lost will be much. But here the expansion of this compressed air engine is being maintaining isothermal process so there is no chance any energy loss and there is no chance to create any ice . So this will be running long time continuously and more efficiency than any other compressed air engine.This machine will also act like a compressor maintaining isothermal process . For this energy loss will be low and it will be a good compressor . when there will be moved the crankshaft of the machine at opposite direction by help a electric motor then the ambient air will be compressed and the air tank will be loading maintaining isothermal process It is comparatively not bigger in size than an equally powerful oil engine .It’s sound is not much high and the cost of an air engine is not much than an equally powerful oil engine. Here although the air pressure in the tank will be decreasing gradually when the machine will be running . But machinery speed not low by help a system . Also here a another system has presented so that all pressurized energy of compressed air in the air tank can be used . Using Alternate (unconventional ) Fuels/Energy:Most of the rotating engines used for different cars, pumps, DG sets etc. are normally run by conventional fuels like Petrol, Diesel, CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) etc. But my innovative engine would run by compressed air only. No more dependence on fossil fuels.Less Environment Footprints:Since my innovation would replace the conventional fossil fuels, it would reduce environment pollution drastically. When the conventional fuels (like petrol, Diesel etc.) burn in the engines that emit various harmful/carcinogenic pollutants in the environment, which is the big concern now a days. My innovation would address these issues and there would be practically no pollution. Energy savings:The compressed air tank acts like energy storage, like battery cell. This compressed air tank could be filled/refilled by using electricity. All the Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer Industries, Iron & Steel Plants are having Air Separation Unit (ASU) to supply mainly Oxygen and Nitrogen. Majority of these ASU’s store Oxygen and Nitrogen in Liquid condition (Cryogenic condition). These plants are normally consuming Oxygen and little bit Nitrogen. Some Nitrogen they sell in the open market, if there is a ready buyer available. Majority of the Nitrogen they simply vent in the atmosphere. I can utilize this wasted energy into valuable product. Industrial rotary equipments could be fueled by this unutilized Nitrogen using my innovative compressed air/nitrogen run engines. More over the amount of Oil and Coal are fixed which will come to an end a near future; my innovation by saving energy can add extra miles on the existing fuels reserves. Capital Cost of the Engine:My innovative engine would drastically reduce the cost of the engine compare to conventional fuels run engine, which in-turn reduce the price of car, pumps sets etc. leading to available to common people affordable limit. A light weight two wheeler can go 60- 70 km. Longer distance by one time refuel and it’s speed will be about 60-70 km./hour. And a four wheeler or six wheeler can go 150 -200 km longer distance by one time refuel. Small to big any generator can run for produce electricity by help my compressed air engine.
