The CETrans system consists of a pair of patented heavy duty, maximum load axle carriers. The highly valuable excavator crawlers, of different tonnages, are driven onto the CETrans axles in order to move them to, or relocate them at, the most productive sites on each mine.

This is achieved by an original South African world-class design, permitting the most reliable and cost-effective transport means currently available anywhere in the world. Not only does CETrans achieve massive time-saving (and therefore profit) benefits, the system also ensures the safety of mine personnel by reducing the risk of injuries, and substantially lowers the costs of maintenance while extending the life-span of typical crawler excavators which are classed as highly capital intensive equipment.

Excavators are used in the production of output in various mines throughout the world, but their sheer size and typical manoeuvrability limit their production capacity to a large extent.

CETrans overcomes this restriction and provides a practical, cost effective and highly efficient and safe solution to transport these excavators to various sites throughout these mines, using the economical, safe and highly sophisticated mechanisms and designs of the CETrans.

Furthermore, additional economies of scale are realised through the inter-modal coupling of the crawlers, via CETrans which allows these crawler excavators to be pulled along by the same trucks or ADT`s, which excavators are in the process of loading.

The Boom of the excavator will not touch or scratch the trucks bucket as this will be filled with sand and will absorb all shocks and bumps, avoiding damage to excavator boom.

There are 4 Models, that can carry any excavator in the world from 16 tons to 550 tons.

600 ton

The Patent Rights will allow the buyer to either build or order from us where you can then sell directly to your customer.
If the patent rights are bought in your country, we will not interfere or hold you to any deadlines or targets.
The Patent Rights will include drawings/Blueprints to all CET models.
