cloud seeding , using balloons

Dear Sirs,
For the first time ever, I have managed to burn Silver iodide over a reaction between potassium permanganate and glycerin, and inject it, along with hydrogen, into 24 and 36-inch children balloons, and then unload the particles into the clouds.
The balloons are designed in a way that they become active when in contact with the cloud moist, and inject the smoke resulting from burning 10-gram silver iodide, which is enough to fertilize the clouds of a city, to different points of a cloud.
This product has been tested in the cloud laboratory of Iran National Research and Cloud Fertilization Studies Organization, and could obtain the approval of this organization.
The device for burning silver iodide and injecting it into the balloon has also been designed.
This method can be more effective in comparison with injections by airplanes and terrain generators.
Based on the confirmation by World Meteorological Organization, in the case of injecting silver iodide particles, the local regional showers will increase by 20%.
I hope that fresh water shortage and drought in different countries around the world are convincing reasons for my contribution in this plan.
