1) Full measurement of interior and exterior angles without blind area can be achieved by using the simplest device and simplest operational process in the world.
2) There is no special requirement for storage and use environment. The protractor of the invention can replace all existing products for all kinds of occasions.
3) A globally unequaled measurement of interior angles of small angle and short side, for example an interior angle of 3 degrees and 5 cm in side length, can be achieved just by adding an additional attachment at the side D of the reading dial and the side 2 of the rotating arm.
4) A highest accuracy of reading can be achieved by providing a vernier which rotates together with the rotating arm within the area 3 of the rotating arm without changing the overall structure and dimensions.
