the normal method to make a wooden clothes pin is to cut a piece of wood and pass it on three machines to make the necessary curves for the spring and the shape of the pin .this is done manually by passing the piece of wood on three machines or moving the piece on belts to pass the three stages .in both ways you need three machines , mechanical system to move the pieces ,5 workers and a space not less than 20 square metres to set up a small factory of wood clothes pins.
I have invented a new machine that combines all the three stages in one machine that work automatically with a simple mechanical system ....all you do is to fill it with pieces of wood and let it do the job alone without any interfering from you.It is so small in size "only 1m*1m .It needs only 1 worker.It is so fast that it can make 20 pins in a minute .
