Magnetically induced control signals into a transistorized switching circuit that drives an efficient output transformer provides high frequency control to power circuits with low RFI. Improved co-axial transformer embodiments s and co-axial lead acid battery embodiments are also provided.

This technology forms the basis of our second issued U.S. patent - The "AC Battery Using Magistor Technology."

Tesla, Orison and others are now selling home battery systems. Enphase (U.S.) and Eguana Technologies (Canada) are now developing and marketing "AC Battery" products. Our firm Magistor Technologies has been working at the AC Battery Module concept for several years and feel our U.S. patents, proof of concept and the multiple relevant growing markets will net a strong value for Magistor's approach.

Magistor is a small, self-funded startup whose Members hail from the Automotive, power electronics and energy storage arenas. But, the Members are also engaged with other projects and businesses, so they/we are now contemplating the sale of our assets - our two U.S. issued patents.
