According to this invention, an enhanced method of securing multi-media data on Internet and applications related to Internet is provided. The present invention prevents the unauthorized user from acquiring the multi-media data of the user on Internet and application related to Internet.
Various ways and methods in which the multi-media data can be prevented from unauthorized access are illustrated in the patent.
When a user uploads his multimedia data, he gets an option (window) which asks him the following question
Who all can see your image?
Public
Friends
Only me
Friends except Acquaintances
etc.

The user selects one of the above choices and the image visibility is set accordingly.
But this method can only restrict some users to see the data of the owner and leaves the owner uninformed about the data being accessed.
The present invention solves this problem. The data owner can publicly allow the data to be seen but will have control on his data being acquired by other user.
An additional option is proposed which asks the user, that who all can acquire/download/Save your multimedia data.

etc.
The user has to select an option, and accordingly the proposed methods will work.

Advantages:-
1) Customizing downloading of photo.
2) To reduce cybercrimes due to misuse of photo.
3) Allowing the user to allow visibility of his images to all without the fear of misuse of the image if downloaded by any unwanted user.
