A new building block is presented with reinforcing triangle structure embedded into it. The block greatly simplifies wall construction and provides consistent wall quality. The reinforcing structure allows a broader range of materials, not used before, including materials with higher insulation properties. Standardized blocks reduce design and construction time, lower labor and construction cost, and enable robotic construction further reducing the cost.

The cost of the building envelopes is estimated to be 2-3 times lower than traditional wood-frame houses due to reduced labor cost. The construction can be further robotized lowering the cost even more. The market is not limited to the USA, the new block can be used worldwide. There is PCT pending application.
