METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING COFFEE CONCENTRATE BY HIGH SPEED FILTERATION OF COLD WATER-COFFEE MIXTURE

Cold Brew coffee also known as "Dutch coffee" in Asian countries is well popular in the market more then ten years already. Major coffee franchaise like Starbucks also introduced Cold brew coffee starting from America and now spreading to the world.

If you are familiar with cold brew coffee then you should have known that the productivity was/is the most barrier for volume market introduction. The conventional cold brew dripper usually take 8 to 12 hours to produce 1 liter of cold brew coffee.

The present invention by using the kitchenwares available in the market could extract 10 liters of cold brew coffee in 2 hours. Should we develop a much bigger kitchenwares but with identical figure and concept then we can easily extract tons of cold brew coffee in a couple of hours.

In a summary, this is not a proto-type or developmental stage. It is well working apparatus consists of conventional kitchenwares for commercial production.

I usually produced 8~40 liters of cold brew coffee and sold to the market more than two years. Now I decided to sell the patent right together with all cummulated know-hows because it is the business for a big food company with HACCP facilities and global organization.
