An apparatus and method of making noise comprising a noise maker comprising a proximal cylinder portion 20 and a distal cylinder portion 60, a large internal member terminating in at least one finger 38; at least two reeds 40 secured in a manner so that it is positioned adjacent the respective finger 38, but not in contact with the respective finger 38, to create a respective air gap 70 between the finger 38 and the reed 40; whereby at least two air gaps 70 exist for the creation of noise.

The item is similar to the horn on a typical party noisemaker but has multiple reeds to produce a much louder and discordant noise. Multiple possible uses: parties, sporting events, conventions, parades, as a promotional or premium item, self-defense alarm, humane wildlife repellent, etc.
Have parts from a proof-of-concept temporary injection mold. (mold no longer exists). Limited number of sample parts available upon request to interested parties.

Financial information

The market for single reed noisemakers has been static for many years. The sales potential for a new product producing a louder sound is high. Product would be disruptive in the context of the party goods market.
My talent seems to lie in the inventing, not the marketing. Since the patent is aging, I would sell at a low price just to see someone get it to market.
