A replacement roller support assembly allows repairing of a conveyor roller support system begins with removing at least one system roller support from the system base. Next a replacement roller support assembly includes an assembly base with an opening and assembly roller support above each opening for each system roller support removed. The replacement roller support assembly is positioned with the opening and the assembly roller support aligned with the location of the removed roller supports of the system. The support assembly is secured to the system base and the roller is attached to the assembly roller support.

This device is intended to repair a conveyor idler with very little down time and with a tremendous cost and labor savings. The first photo is showing the existing frame assembly with damaged or missing roller supports removed, Idler is repaired by simply placing device over the top of frame and securing with fasteners. Rollers then reinstalled and conveyor is now functional.
We are a very small privately owned company that does not possess the sales and marketing personnel nor the finances to take this product to the next level. We have sold over 2,000 pieces to 1 Coal Mine in West Virginia.

The company selected for either license or sale would gain a tremendous advantage by having a device that can be designed for “every” conveyor idler manufacturer in the USA without them being able to compete with this product. Example - The average selling price for a complete Idler frame as shown by demo unit is roughly $120.00 each (72" belt width)– we believe if this design were hard tooled, it would have a manufactured cost in the mid $25.00 to $30.00 range. Although this was originally designed for use in coal mines, the entire “conveyance” market would include mines, gravel and aggregates, pulp mills, ship and barge loading, etc. It’s adaptability to each conveyor style is what makes it an attractive addition to any manufacturer looking to add or complement their existing product line.
