Most everyone knows what a danger extreme heat can be, with problems ranging from heat stroke, heat exhaustion, and other types of heat illnesses, as they are common occurrences in hot weather. It is common to see people using an umbrella to provide shade or carrying a standard spray water bottle to provide a cooling mist. While both methods are effective, having to carry various items around can be difficult and inconvenient. This invention has created a way to combine the cooling shade of an umbrella and the cooling mist of a spray water bottle into one simple device. This clever new invention works like a standard umbrella to protect users from heat, sun, and rain, but is specially designed to cool off the user while doing outdoor activities in sunny weather. The invention has misting capabilities that are provided by an easily refilled water container which is connected to a manual pump. The use of the Personal Misting Umbrella provides for increased cooling capability for those using an umbrella for shade in hot sunny weather
