The water conservation device saves 123 gallons of water for every 3.5 hours of use for above ground pools. It also eliminates water loss for inground pools. The device includes a membrane and an uninterrupted flange comprising a cross sectional cylindrical shape that is attached to an entire outer edge of the membrane. The membrane is configured to completely cover a top of a swimming pool skimmer access opening. There is no other technology out on the market today like this water conservation device. When produced in bulk, they will easily yield a 90% profit margin. At a consumer cost of $25, it would pay for itself in 1 season's time. This is not accounting for residents who live in hotter, more humid climates who would benefit even greater.
