Portale welding carriage with fire extinguisher means

I have used oxygen / acetylene welding torch carriers for 35 years in the refrigeration and air conditioning service business.
Within the past 10 years, the industry has adopted a policy sanctioned by OSHA to have a fire extinguisher readily available when torches are used for soldering, brazing, metal works. Etc.
Existing welding torch carriages do not have a place that will accommodate a fire extinguisher, it would have to be carried separately. Most technicians would simply not bring a fire extinguisher to the area of work. (Unsafe.)
I have adapted an existing carrier to allow for a fire extinguisher
to be carried at all times with oxygen and acetylene torches, ensuring a fire extinguisher would be available in the event of an accidental fire. This would also help service companies comply with OSHA requirements.
