A team of engineers, designers and physicists from Russia has developed a technology that allows you to use water as a fuel for an internal combustion engine.
The technology of production of such hydrogen and its use in engines are based on patents of the Russian Federation (the owner of which is our Company) and are physically and technically sound.
The developed technological cycle ("know-how") solves the problem of obtaining sufficient energy, which provides a flow of reactions of thermochemical decomposition of water in the" reactor " (part of the engine), after which hydrogen is fed directly to the combustion chamber for use as a fuel.
The main difference from the available and developed hydrogen engines is the method of storage and supply of fuel (hydrogen) to the combustion chamber of the engine, as well as the price of operation and maintenance of the engine.
Offered on today's models significant disadvantages - hydrogen, light chemical element that penetrates into the gaseous state through any obstacles, is explosive, so vehicles using this engine must have a fully sealed fuel tank that prevents leaks, including in case of accidents, and storage of fuel (hydrogen) is cooled to a liquid state.
The engine offered by the Company, is devoid of this drawback - in the fuel tank of the engine is idle, does not require special cleaning, water. The method, which provides sufficient energy for the decomposition reaction, is currently unique in the world and is not used. The company "Maximum", LLC, is the sole owner of this technology and the sole owner. The cost of producing the energy required for a thermochemical reaction does not exceed $ 0.45 per 1 hour of engine operation.
With further improvement, the cost of an hour of engine operation can be reduced by 35-50%.
The cost of the "reactor", which is part of the automobile engine, in mass production will be no more than $ 2000. US per unit with a life expectancy of at least 5 years. During this period, proper operation will not require maintenance.
At the same time, the engine on the water has overall competitive advantages over any other fuel:
- environmentally friendly (no emission of toxic wastes from the combustion of hydrocarbons), formed by burning hydrogen the water.
- economy-water is the most common resource on the planet. In this case, the engine does not require special cleaning, just remove mechanical impurities to maintain the fuel efficiency of the supply system and the "reactor".
- does not require special infrastructure for refueling.
The developed technology is not the technology of the "eternal" engine, but the achievements of modern science and technology used in solving the problem of decomposition of water into hydrogen and oxygen, can successfully use water as a fuel.

The declared cost of fuel, when using a hydrogen reactor is $ 0.45 per hour of engine operation, which meets the requirements of 60 kilometers of average vehicle mileage. For comparison, 60 kilometers auto on gasoline is approximately 2.54 U.S. dollar for a hybrid vehicle 1.12 U.S. dollar. Whereas the annual production in the world at 90 million vehicles a year by 2020 not less than 630 000 (0.7%), the cars will use hydrogen engines.
Thus, the market volume is more than 3 billion U.S. dollars. Thus, starting from 2025, the production of engines for the Project technology, the Company has the right to expect to receive at least 5 percent of the market (production and sale of at least 31500 units of reactors for engines per year), generating a cash flow of 63,000,000 us dollars (sixty three million) in 2025 (at a price of one rector not more than 2,000 U.S. dollars).
At the same time, by 2030, with the existing volume of car production, the total market of hydrogen automotive technologies will be 34 billion us Dollars.
With the Company's goal to get up to 10% of the market by 2030, the cash flow will be more than 3 billion U.S. Dollars.

Using the technology, it is possible to re-equip freight, commercial vehicles, as well as (with the completion of the engine) - and diesel engines, which can reduce the costs of carriers and owners of transport for diesel fuel by 60-75 percent. In addition,
Under appropriate conditions, it is possible to re-equip or create a special "reactor" for diesel, gas-piston motors of large volume (V12, V16), used in river/sea transport and in gas-piston engines of thermal power plants.
All this increases the economic potential of the technology several times.

The rights to the technology belong to the company "Maximum", LLC, (Russia), are "know-how" and are subject to legal protection. Also, the CEO of the Company has patent rights on the basis of which the technology is developed.
The right holder offers several options for using the technology:
1. Joint production of the final product for sale (with a one-time investment of at least 5 million U.S. dollars, for a share in the company of 25 %);
2.Sale of all rights to know-how, as well as descriptions, technical documentation, research and development results for the project implementation by the buyer independently.
3. Sale of rights (licenses) to use "know-how" with the transfer of non-exclusive rights from 01.01.2025 to 1, 3, 5 or 10 years. Selling the rights is paying 01.01.2025 year (pre-contract) or discounted up to 75% of the contract price upon provisional (subject to contract) payment.
4. The company is ready to consider other proposals for commercial use of the technology.
