The Project involves:
creation of an active (commercial) sample of an internal combustion engine for
automotive and other equipment that uses hydrogen as fuel.

Brief information about hydrogen:
Hydrogen, chemical element, H (hidrogen), the most common in the surrounding
world (up to 75% of the total volume of matter).
Flame temperature – 2480 degrees C.
The energy value of one cubic meter of hydrogen-28700 calories
(for comparison, 1 liter of high-octane gasoline has an energy value of 10,500 calories).
Project idea:
Creation and market launch of a propellant using as a fuel - a chemical element - hydrogen, obtained by separating it from water (decomposition reaction) directly in ice systems. One gram of water during decomposition emits 1.23 liters of hydrogen gas, therefore,
1 liter of water = 1230 liters of hydrogen = 1.23 cubic meters = 35,300 kcals of energy, which is comparable to 3.3 liters of high-octane fuel..

The method of hydrogen production and its use in internal combustion engines has a patent of the Russian Federation and is physically and technically justified (the patent of the Russian Federation– 2***25*class F02B43/12).

"Know - how" of the Project, solves technical and technological issues of water decomposition reactions in the "reactor" - constructive or additionally installed on a standard internal combustion engine system-in an amount sufficient to provide power to the internal combustion engine.
The principal difference from the existing and developed hydrogen engines is the method of storage and delivery of fuel (hydrogen) into the combustion chamber of the motor.
The models offered today have a significant drawback-hydrogen, light chemical
the element is explosive, in this connection, the transport using such an engine must have a completely sealed fuel tank that does not allow leaks, including in case of accidents, and the fuel (hydrogen) must be cooled to a liquid state.

The engine proposed by the Project is devoid of this drawback - there is simple water in the fuel tank of the ice. The method, which provides sufficient energy for the decomposition reaction, currently has no analogues and is not used. The cost of producing the energy required for a thermochemical reaction does not exceed $0.20 per 1 engine hour.

Otherwise, it has a common competitive advantage:
- environmentally friendly (no emissions of toxic waste from the combustion of hydrocarbons);
when hydrogen burns, water is formed. - economy-water is the most common resource on the planet.
In this case, the engine requires no special cleaning, just remove the
mechanical impurities, in order to maintain the efficiency of the feed system
fuel and reactor. - does not require special infrastructure for refueling.
Forecasts for the penetration of hydrogen vehicles on the world market:

Taking into account the annual production in the world of 90 million cars per year, by 2020 at least 630,000 (0.7%) cars will use hydrogen engines.
Therefore, with an average car engine cost of $5,000, the market volume is more than $3 billion.
Thus, starting by 2024 the production of engines on the technology of the Project (up to 50,000 units per year), the Initiator and the Investor have the right to expect min 6 percent of the market, generating cash flow in the amount of US$ 250,000,000,00 (two hundred and fifty million) in 2024-2025 (at the organization of the second round of investment, for the purpose of construction of own plant on production of ice or placement of orders at other producers).
However, the most promising Initiator considers the sale of rights to use the "know-how" of the Project to third-party manufacturers.

At the same time, by 2030, with the existing volumes of car production, the total market volume of hydrogen automotive technologies will be US $ 34 billion.
With the goal of the Project to provide 5% of the market with its products, the cash flow will be more than US$1.5 billion.

Financial information

The developer company offers the following options for cooperation: 1. The entry into the share capital (investment). The company is ready to raise additional capital of US$ 5,000,000.00 in exchange for 25% of the Company's shares (US$ 200,000 for 1% of the shares or US$ 1 for 1 share). Currently, the company has an equity of US$2,000,000.00, attracted investment capital (investors from Germany) US$ 5,808,245.00.
