A shading assembly for a chair includes a frame that is configured to couple to a chair, such as a beach chair and a lawn chair. A panel is configured to position over the frame and to couple to the chair. The panel is flexible and substantially impenetrable to light. The panel is configured to shade a user of the chair.
Some may confuse this concept as a lawn chair with an existing canopy, which is not, It's a after market accessory that attaches to any existing chair to provide amble shade. This assembly can be used for individual or commercial use. When people go to water parks they always flock to the shade, these can also be used there as well. Like third party manufactures make an array of cases for various phones cases, etc. The same can be said for this product where team logos or catchy phrases can be substituted for a more personalized canopy.
There's no current aftermarket canopy on the market today which makes this unique. The benefits of shading from the suns harmful rays goes without saying. I am primarily looking for a licensing agreement with the purchase of my patent as my secondary option.. This product has so much potential
