The invention provides a solution in countries experiencing a shortage of physical cash.
Paper tokens exchanged for cash in any transaction and the the tokens are then used by the payer to withdraw physical cash at the institution implementing the system. The person receiving cash uses the tokens as an incentive to attract business. He also is incentivised to deposit the money with the administering institution so as to get more tokens
