I have registered the design and had granted a new plumbing leak Clip that comes flat and simply wraps around a household water pipe or soldered join and seals the leak temporarily in seconds whilst awaiting a plumber to attend and repair it fully thus minimising the damage to the property. It has no working parts and no tools required to fit it. I opted for a design right as a lot cheaper and it would be hard to copy or better its functionality.

Financial information

The costs I have to produce the clips based on my manufacturers current prices are 50p each based on 25,000 being made. I have sold some of the first off samples I had made mainly to plumbers as a handy device to have in their toolbox for £6 including £1.01 for the postage and packaging it cost me. I'd recommend that they retail to the end user for £2.99 plus P&P and £1.49 each to sell on trade. It is mainly aimed at Joe blogs the public using it in a emergency situation, although I have had some interest from household insurance companies. I would consider a part buy for a reduced buy out offer.
