LSAT - Legends Soy And Tofu(tm) is a new innovation in the food industry.

During my time working for a local tofu plant, I discovered how easy it is to make flavored tofu by blending "flavored gelatin" with soy milk.

I also made a "bacon bit" flavored one as well. Most people would think of it as a "chip dip".
