The Secured Party will offer its right, title and interest to all assets owned by Singulex, Inc., including but not limited to, the following: name, goodwill, customer lists, website, patents, trademarks, intellectual property and technology, software, and equipment.

Singulex, Inc. provides immunoassay systems, which includes benchtop analytical instrumentation, integrated and prepared reagents for ultrasensitive immunoassays, and software to automatically analyze data and display detailed assay reports. Singulex’s proprietary Single Molecule Counting technology enables physicians and scientists to detect biomarkers of disease that were previously undetectable.

Terms: A deposit of $500,000 in certified funds or by wire will be required to bid at the sale. Wires must be received by Friday, July 26th at 3pm EST. Bids must not be subject to any due diligence or financing contingencies. Bids may be made on-site at the auction or by telephone. The sale of the assets will be “as-is, where-is” without representation or warranty of any kind, including any warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment, and the like which by operation of law would otherwise accompany a voluntary disposition of the property.
