FIELD: monitoring and measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to control and measurement equipment and can be used to monitor the state of long objects, namely extended near-surface layers of lithosphere in form of sections of earth with thickness of several kilometers and area of hundreds of square kilometers, located in earthquake-prone zones on earth surface and sea bottom, in order to predict earthquakes, tsunamis, technogenic catastrophes, as well as search and exploration of minerals. Physical and mechanical characteristics of such long objects, primarily surface geometry and displacement of inner layers of the earth.
The condition of the earth's surface and buildings was monitored using a fiber-optic antenna in the form of a Mills cross during the occurrence and development of an earthquake near Yalta (near the Kazantip Peninsula in the sea of Azov ). The results of the work were reported and approved at the "Moscow Institute fundamental project".
Based on the conclusion (written message dated 23.01.2020 ) of the International search authority on the international application of the author V. N. Zemerov No. PCT / RU2019/000709 dated 04.10.2019, the authority concluded that the invention meets the criteria: "novelty", "inventive level" and "industrial applicability". After the publication of this PCT application, it is planned to patent this invention in the United States, China and the EU.
