my sport shoe invention I use air in the soles of the bottom layers of the shoes meaning powerful air pressure that comes out the tiny holes some hard rubber can house up to 1500 lbs per square inch I have a patent pending on the training shoes the shoe layers will be sealed up with very strong glue
