A satellite dish alignment assembly for aligning a satellite dish with an orbiting satellite so that satellite signals may be received, the satellite dish including a bracket or the like for mounting the dish, the assembly including a body, attachable to the bracket or the like, and an elevation means, attachable to the body, for adjusting the angle of elevation of the satellite dish, wherein, the satellite dish is pointed in a desired direction in the horizontal plane and the elevation means can be used to adjust the angle of elevation of the satellite dish so a good satellite signal can be achieved, if available, and the pointing of the dish in a desired direction in the horizontal plane and the adjustment of the angle of elevation can both be adjusted by hand, without the need for specialist tools or expertise.
