Spin Strong arm trainers based on intense spinning air resistance

Spin Strong, a family of different sized arm resistance exercisers are the new innovative upper body trainers. Spin Strong includes a pair of handle attached fin-cords that when spun like a jump rope, create the realistic arm exercise of jumping rope without making mistakes. No one has thought of using air resistance before, which is ironic because that’s mainly how a jump rope creates resistance, and a jump rope is such great exercise.

Spin Strong trainers are not limited to the one jump rope arm exercise, With freedom of movement, Spin Strong provides a large number of exercises for an entire strength training and speed training program. Plus, these exercises are much higher intensity because arms are more fully engaged (and usually extended at or above shoulder height).

Spin Strong exercises create high intensity by themselves, including csrdio training. In addition, Spin Strong can be combined with leg exercise, not just for jumping rope, but also with lunges, squats, jogging in place, etc...
