A carriage assembly includes a cart with a bottom wall and a peripheral wall. A top side of the cart is open. The peripheral wall has a front side, a back side, a first lateral side and a second lateral side. The cart may contain a plurality of objects. A handle is attached to the cart. A rolling apparatus is coupled to the cart to facilitate the cart is rolled along a support surface. The rolling apparatus is positionable in a deployed position to elevate the cart a maximum distance above the support surface. The rolling apparatus is positionable in a retracted position to lower the cart to a minimum distance above the support surface. A lock coupled to the cart and is in mechanical communication with the rolling apparatus. The lock releases the rolling apparatus to facilitate positioning the rolling apparatus between the deployed position and the retracted position.

Not only going to the grocery store, but maybe taking a large number of items to a party, meeting, or sales event. Maybe even to take laundry to the laundromat. The point is stop loading and unloading items into the vehicle, just slide and go!

Anyone can use this product. My husband is a musician and is constantly loading equipment piece by piece from the garage into his vehicle. Then he unloads to a dolly, sometimes making several trips to the stage. He goes back and forth until all the equipment has been unloaded and set-up. Then, he repeats the process to go home. With the Ultimate Cart he can simply load and go.

This could also eliminate shopping carts from parking lots. This could result in the sale of millions of units and a lot less fewer dings in vehicles from runaway carts..

My main goal is to sell the patent because my resources are limited for the product's potential and growth. However, licensing, marketing, and partnerships are also viable considerations.
