The innovative product has been developed and tested, aimed specifically to reduce, and eliminate IAP (Indoor Air Pollution) and EAP (Environmental Air Pollution) issues surrounding global prospects and as well as the Privatized and Industrial Sectors.rnGENESSYS is also a 24-hour heater, stove and waste management product designed to stop smoke emanating from the coal, wood and/or non-recyclable material is diffused within its cylinder, thus making it Smoke-Free and Antipollution method of operation.rnGENESSYS is capable of reducing wood, coal and more notably, non-recyclable materials to mere ash without Smoke and Air Pollutants and at the same time create viable energy of its internal combustion to allow simple but yet meet the necessary requirements by basic means of cooking and warmth during winter times, while disposing of the Environment’s harmful waste that cannot be eliminated in a controlled, clean manner.rnFor the Industrial Sector will mean a safer, cleaner, and better solution.rnrnThe product is used for cooking and heating purposes, importantly the burning of coal and most notably the recent testing of the prototype shows that non-recyclable materials can be used and burnt to mere ash without smoke and pollution and harmful gases.rn• It uses as fuel an ordinary D grade coal/ordinary coal, wood, sawdust, dry cow dung and non-recyclable material such as plastics, cardboard, fabric and etc.rn• No odors, smoke or fumes are released from the unit whilst it is in use, therefore making it safe for the occupants of the house.rn• It is economical – the product is filled with up to 4kg of coal and burns for about 12 hours, once cooking of the evening meal has been done, it provides with space – heating throughout the night.rn• The hot plate remains above 200? Celsius as long as the coal is burning, so it will boil a liter of water in a few minutes.rn• In summer can be filled with up to 2 kg of coal, sufficient to cook a meal.rn• It is simple to install and safe to operate. It is virtually maintenance-free. The chimney which is made from galvanized steel of 1mm thickness and the filter within the chimney consists of Carbon Ceramic and can be infused Mineral Wool.rn• The cooking plate/surface can be removed to allow a three-legged pot to be heated directly if necessary.rn• The exterior housing made of casting that is heat-proof, making it safe for those inquisitive little hands.rn• It is made of mild steel and is relatively cheap to produce, and therefore should have very attractive selling price to assemble and produce. Talks have been established with an Engineering Firm in China for mass production scale costings, which will yield a much greater reductions in costing for production.rn• Durable materials are used for manufacturing the unit to ensure a long lifespan.rnAt the present there’s no other burning, Smoke-Free and Antipollution unit in the world with near universal capabilities that exceed such innovative measures as GENESSYS is able. Most of the domestic stoves and their energy consumption are based on wood and/or paraffin, thus making this product the only one of its kind in existence.
