The invention relates to a medical rescue bicycle consisting of a special electric bicycle which has been redesigned and extended to 2m in order to enable the placement of the mechanical transport and drive system on its side. It is connected to the mechanical side transport system (29) by means of the supports 1 and 2 (1, 6) and the junction and inclination bearings (13A) and (13B). The mechanical transmission and drive system (29) is connected to the side wheel s support housing (31) as well as to the bed meant for the placement and immobilization of the injured persons. The movement of the medical rescue bicycle is achieved by electric motors through the front, rear, intermediate and lateral movement of the mechanical side transport system. It is important to mention that the movement of said medical rescue bicycle could be done with three-phase electric motors integrated to the rim. The purposes of the invented medical rescue bike are: to assist in the care and transport of injured persons in reduced time; to have this invention in every village, city, remote area, beach, universities and factories.
