A device for dispensing edible items, comprising a body; a control unit, a dispensing apparatus secured to the body and comprising a product container for storing the edible items, said product container has a top opening enables insertion of the edible items into the product container and a bottom opening. The device also comprises a dispenser unit located under the product container. The edible items passage from the product container to the dispenser unit via the bottom opening. The dispenser unit is tilted around lateral hinges when dispensing the edible items. The dispensing apparatus comprises a lifting mechanism designed to lift the edible items towards to upper end of the dispenser unit while rotating around a longitudinal axis of the dispenser unit. The dispenser unit moves around the hinge and the lifting mechanism rotates in response to commands sent from the control unit.
