These objetcs can be move with speed of light and in some
case few time faster though with such faster speed than light
will be not always best way to travel.. They are not expensive to build. but can move with speed three hundred thousand km. per second.
Also objects with any size no matter how big to move with speed of light but yet with different ways to build. Dont need engine.
Is rather for big company and government dept. dealing
with outer space activity.
