PURPOSE: A medicine-related disease information generating device and a method thereof are provided to build a database of a relation between medicine and target materials, a relation between medicine and compounds, a connection relation between the compounds, and a relation between the medicine and disease. CONSTITUTION: A medicine target extracting unit(110) searches for medicine information storing information about target materials corresponding to medicine to extract a target material. A compound extracting unit(120) extracts the compound with the same name as the target material from biological network information and extracts a relation compound connected with the same compound. A medicine disease extracting unit(130) extracts a disease corresponding to a gene with the same name as the relation compound from gene disease information.
