As a result, this patent proposes that these transportation systems become collectors of renewable energy ( solar Thermal, solar photovoltaic, geothermal, hydro, wind, etc.) .The transportation systems are activated and empowered to collect renewable energy and distribute the energy to places where it is needed.
For instance, the roadway systems can collect renewable energy and distribute it to vehicles at stations on the said transportation system.
