I offer a partnership (or any other option) for purchasing an idea for a patent, and building a prototype of an air-conditioned garment (overalls, coat, pants, and shirt)!.. and selling it worldwide to workers - building/constructions/infrastructures/oil and gas rigs, etc. (the patent is intended for more than -- 200 million building, infrastructure, and construction workers in the world in 2022. The workers will want to use air-conditioned clothing to improve their quality of life and increase work productivity (production will not meet the demand!!!)).
I propose to purchase the idea for a patent and build a prototype by the middle of July 2023. !!!
If I do not receive a relevant offer to purchase the idea that currently exists as a provisional patent by March 2024, I and experts in the required fields will build a prototype for the patent... and the purchase price of the patent after the prototype is built will be much higher than the purchase offer until mid-July 2023.

Air-conditioned garment patent 2023 (warms or cools the wearer)
Works according to air pressure! The temperature changes inside the tubes happen according to the height of the air pressure that flows inside them - high pressure heats the garment and low pressure cools it.
The garment with an air conditioner is made of a very strong and flexible fabric that will not allow air to escape from the tubes inside (the garment is made of double fabric, identical on both sides so that the tubes with air pressure work inside it without interruption) This is an unknown invention, and it does not exist to this day.

Option 1#-: the garment will work by connecting to 1. an electric air compressor separate from the garment and the pressure will be monitored by 2. an air pressure regulator that is permanently attached to the garment (the air compressor charges the 3 tubes of compressed air inside the garment when necessary. the pressure regulator changes the pressure level in the pipes for heating/cooling the garment). After it has been charged enough, it will work separately and without the air compressor for as long as necessary, until the compressed air runs out and it will be necessary to refill the garment again. 4 sensors will monitor continuous air flow and notify of air pressure escaping from a place certain in the garment).
Option #2 - the garment will work by 1 small air compressor that is attached to the garment, which sucks the air around and puts the air under pressure into the 3 compressed air tubes inside the garment. (The air compressor charges the compressed air tubes inside the garment when necessary. 2 The air pressure regulator changes the pressure level in the pipes for heating/cooling the garment) after it has been charged enough and then it will work separately and without the air compressor for as long as necessary, until the compressed air is emptied and it will be necessary to refill the garment with air pressure. ..4 sensors will monitor continuous air flow and notify of air pressure escaping from a certain place in the garment.
Note - In a separate building/room/warehouse at the workplace there will be:
# A large electric compressor that will fill the tubes inside all the clothes.
#One spare suit filled with compressed air and ready for work
#Empty spare clothes without compressed air are at the disposal of every employee, who can fill them with compressed air when necessary.
The parts that attach to the garment
1#. A large electric air compressor - is located in a specific area, and charges the garment when needed.
1.1# Or, a small air compressor that works without electricity - attached to the belt of the pants or the shoulder of the shirt, or anywhere else you want (which sucks in normal air that we breathe and turns it into compressed air)
2#. An air pressure regulator that is connected next to/or after the compressor and its function are to change the air pressure in the pipes inside the bag as needed.
3#. Thin, hollow, and flexible tubes for the compressed air are caught inside the double fabric, which is held inside the garment using clamps, and through which the compressed air pressure will pass along the entire length and width of the garment depending on the pressure. It will be required.
4#. A sensor/sensors that will be able to identify where there is a leak of compressed air from the pipes in the garment.
# Length of fabric required for overalls: 2(*2)=4 meters/Width: 1(*2)=2 meters,/ TOTAL=6 meters
