The invention relates to smartification of so-called "electroblock" present in any RV or a vessel capable of turning them into a mobile smart home. The device described in this patent consists of all-in-one control and security on-board-unit endowed with LPWA/GNSS module. Users can then control all the appliances by different manufacturers installed in their mobile housing objects within one dashboard of their smartphones using both terrestrial and satellite Narrowband IoT or LTE-M networks. The device communicates via private VPN channels established towards particular OBUs installed inside customers' mobile objects. Besides of described above also data exchange method is protected. This method is based on a private exchanging of control commands between OBUs and users smartphones means the whole principle is cloud-free and anonymous, thus compliant with new GDPR IoT regulations efficient in EU starting June 2024.
