Tricentennium- Chemical Element 300

I invented a design for Tricentennium Chemical Element 300 where all the protons are all around the atom rather in the nucleus. This is a new design for a chemical element much like Glenn Seaborg with plutonium element 94 or Marie Curie with radium. In a diifferent era like the late 1800's, I might have been viewed as a potential Nobel Prize winner, but after Albert Ghiorso work synthesizing a number of new elements, that celebration of the new chemical elements era has gone away some.
