General Overview
• Five patents are being offered, two each in the USA and Israel and one in Europe. 3 patents are for Audio-feedback Computerized System and method for Operator-Controlled Eye Exercise. The other two patents are similar in their aim, but instead of Operator they relate to Artificial Intelligence.
• The Diplo-D devices mentioned in the patents provide a successful solution for treatment of CI – Convergence Insufficiency palsy syndrome includes:
Several functional eye problems that are related to coordinating the two eyes with one another, and weakness of eye muscles,specificelly in near tasks: reading, and especially network.
• CI is a widespread global eye problem. For example, in USA and Europe alone approximately 180 million children and adults suffer from. The potential market is huge. Only 1% of the USA and European markets translate into nearly 13 billion dollars at $350 per device.
• Clinical trials will take place in major hospitals in Israel.

Technology Description
• The physiological diplopia-based system treats the fusion problem in the case of CI with or without exophoria (divergence latent squint) by an Audio Feedback system,which combine lights,pictures, audio- signals and voice.
It is activated by a remote control, which command moving, lights ,stop,continue,switchs for sound intensity,velocity of the movement. .
Indication for a therapist : The connextion of the device with USB cable to a computer by its logiciel, provided with Diplo-D .
This feature allows a therapist to follow the eyes on a window on his computer display.
Optical lenses are joined for an easyer performance at the begining.
In the more advanced patent an Eye Tracking system is installed,converting the device in a completely automatic one.

• The system provides in depth treatment of convergence problems in case of one-eyed no-focus, from time to time (intermittent suppression).
