Next Best is a Nursing Bra and a nursing tank that is designed for mom’s who cannot naturally breastfed and will allow them to simulate natural breastfeeding. Next Best allows mom’s, foster moms, adoptive moms and even dad’s to experience the same closeness to their babies that natural breastfeeding does. The nursing bra and nursing tank consist of three layers. The first outer layer can be opened and flipped down by releasing the clasp at the bra strap. The second layer has an opening for a nipple and can be opened by unfastening the snaps that attach the second layer to the back third layer. The second and third layer create a pocket for the soft pliable milk storage bladder. The third layer covers the breast so mom is never exposed. The milk storage bladder has a threaded neck for fastening a commercially available nipple with retainer ring. It is then placed into the pocket with the nipple protruding through the second layer opening. It is now ready to simulate natural breastfeeding. The breastfeeding position is a position that can only be achieved by natural breastfeeding or by Next Best Nursing Bra and Nurser Tank. The other device on the market is called Medela Supplemental Nursing System or (SNS). This is an apparatus for special needs. Those needs can be low milk supply or latch issues. It is not designed to be used as a breastfeeding option. Common issues and complaints with the SNS is leaking, clogging, difficulty with cleaning and sanitizing. The tiny tube that is taped to the breast often needs to be re-taped and re-positioned while feeding. This tiny tube is connected to a milk storage container that hangs around mom’s neck or is attached to a IV stand.
