The invention allows for children who ride the school bus to be counted when entering and exiting the school bus. The Passport is used with a scan card that will allow schools to program the necessary information that is needed for each school. The information that is stored will be kept in a location. The Passport allows for combined tracking of students entering and leaving the bus. The use of network desktop tracking and information storage;ability to assist avoiding the threat of children being left behind on the bus. The Passport gives the capabilities of an automatic counter, allowing drivers to confirm all students are safely off the bus.

There have been several stories that reflect that children have been either left on the bus or put off at the wrong bus stop. The Passport will prevent this problem from occuring.
