BENEFIT: This will be a easy and stress free way to wean a baby from a pacifier. It provides a solution to the many unproven, unsuccessful, and very stressful methods many parents experience when attempting to wean their baby from a pacifier.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this invention is to allow the nipple on the pacifier to retract in to the housing unit of the pacifier in incremental portions. Through this process, there will gradually be less and less available nipple to suck on. Eventually, the nipple will be retracted to a point where the baby no longer experiences a benefit from the pacifier and will cease desiring to use the pacifier. In this way, a baby may be weaned from the pacifier.
