????? New Patent. Hello. I have a 3D-CAD product prototype called the Lazybase. My product is used to clean residential and commercial baseboards using a variety of methods and interchangeable parts depending on the size of your baseboard. You may choose to mop, sweep, dust or use as a scouring device. It's up to you. It's handle is designed to get into the hard-to-reach areas. It rolls on wheels. It is cost efficient and more effective than similar products used on the market. It should retail in the commercial market about $40-60.00 U.S. Dollars. Never again will customers have to get on their hands and knees to clean baseboards.
